I've recently placed an order to upgrade my current phone contract to a Pixel XL phone on the 26th November. I have not recieved any further emails about the when it might be deliered or if it has been confirmed. When I check the tracking order it says that its 'awaiting confirmation' and I've seen online that it says that it can take a couple of hours in order for it confirm and then it should be dispatched in 24 hours. I'm just wondering if there is anything more that I need to do or if they have just forgotten the order and roughly how long it should take?

@marcd1994 No harm in calling customer services to find out what happening with this order.
