What error message do you receive?
Have you activated any parental settings?
Did you get your phone from EE?

Phone from EE, no parental settings entered, i dont get any error messages, the apps just show as 'downloading' after install option pressed but they do not actually download. Spoke to Karen at EE who has advised me after various tests that the phone is ok but google play itself may be the issue, their help page advises to uninstall all of the google account, i am going to call them first before doing that otherwise i may not be able to re-install it due to the issue i am having !
