APPARENTLY MY NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST

I hAve no signal on my phone and can't make calls or text I can't even use my mobile data. I logged on to my ee to see if I can find the problem their using my gome wifi on my phone but as I type in my number it is now saying my number doesn't exist eventhough I've been using it for over 3 years. It is really fustrating as I have just topped up and I csnt even call EE to see if they can fix it. I have tried all the "quick fixes" such as restarting my phone and switching to flight mode and back again. But no luck.

Do you use the phone regularly?

 

It sounds like your account could have entered hibernation.

 

Don't worry if it has, customer services should be able to reactivate it for you.
