I'm having problems setting up mobile data on my Doogee T5 phone. I've tried all the various settings I've found in the community and elsewhere but nothing has worked so far. I'm on an EE contract and have set mobile data to the EE SIM (it's a duel-SIM phone).

Many thanks for that but I've tried it and it still doesn't work.
I have found 2 sets of APN settings, one with a user name and password and one without. Which one should I be using?

Please use the following APN:
Proxy Leave Blank
Port Leave Blank
Username Leave Blank
Password Leave Blank
Server Leave Blank
MMS Proxy 18.104.22.168
MMS Port 8080
Authentication Type PAP
APN Type If you have choices select internet + mms otherwise type in *

Thanks for the help, but it's still not working.
In addition to the entries in your list I have:
APN protocol and APN roaming protocol with the options IPv4, IPv6 and IPv4/IPv6. Any idea which I should choose?
There is no entry for APN Type.
Any other suggestions?

No, that makes no difference.
I don't think I'm doing something stupid - but it's possible.

I get a message saying I'm offline. I've tried variously Opera, Chrome and other apps but they all say much the same.
I have (most of the time) an "E" in the staus bar - occasionally "3G" - if that means anything.
Signal strength is variable here (but better than any other network). I've been outside to test but still get the same result.
Data roaming is definitely on and registered to the EE SIM.

The solution was in fact to go into "Data usage" and turn on mobile data on the relevant SIM there. Apparently this applies to dual-SIM phones - and I found it on the GiffGaff forum!
