I keep getting a msg saying you don't hand a itunes account with ee,
Even though its on my add ons?
Can you elaborate on the message you are getting,
I am guessing you have an iPhone as you are talking about an itunes account.
EE does not provided support for Apple and itunes account directly, however they can assist with basic trouble shooting.
Are you trying to activate Apple Music?
Is this error a text or a notification?
When are you seeing this error, what are you doing?

Check that the phone number on your SIM is actually your own & not a new temporary one that came with a new upgrade SIM. The number on the SIM can be different even if you're making/receieving calls with your own number. This is what happened to me anyhow.
