150 not replying

I have text 150 and had no response. I tried to set up BT Sport but for some reason never sent me a link after saying I would get one after 24 hours so I cancelled the BT Sport and text it again but had no response at all.

@saundersgav   Was this the free offer from EE ? If it was because you’ve cancelled it you’ll now not be able to have it.

No this was not the free offer. 

 

I text sport and got a text to say i would receive an activation link within 24 hours. 2 days passed and still no link. 

 

So I cancelled it, then I text sport again a couple of weeks later to try again but this time got no response at all.

Hello, unfortunately that didn't work either. 

 

Just got a sorry message and for me to text sport to 150 which obviously isn't working for me.
