Unable to use roaming after top up

I am unable to use the data roaming. 

Topped up £5, could use data yesterday with £2.50 add on. Today am unable to do so with the remaining 2.50.

Texted ROAMEU1D, got message from 150 that I have 24 hour access, but I actually can't. 

What should I do?
