still paying for cancelled add-ons

I cancelled two add-ons last month and have found they are still active now. I tried removing again and after confirmation that I've been successful, they still show as 'current add-ons.'

@XRaySpeX is right if your add-on did not cancel and you have been billed another month then please give us a call so our mobile care team can look into this further.

Try:

  1. Texting STOP 5GB ADD-ON to 150.
  2. Texting STOP ROAM FURTHER to 150.

& see if they are removed from your MyEE.

Thanks, I've received confirmation of both so fingers crossed. 

How would I go about a refund for this month, since I first tried to cancel early March? I have a screen record of the attempt, if needed.
