hs eobc vs normal

When looking at buying a data add on for the month there is the option to buy 1gb hs eobc or 1gb add-on.

both have the same size, both last 30 days, but one is 4.99 the other 7.99.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two?

Re: hs eobc vs normal

I'm guessing the more expensive one wont be speed capped, whereas the cheaper one will be capped at a maximum speed of 60 Mbps down.

hs = high speed?

Hi @martinbenson198

Is this for a phone or mobile broadband device?

Also, are you on pay monthly or pay as you go?

Re: hs eobc vs normal

Hi @Martinbenson

@Profile closed is indeed correct, one is high speed and the other is standard speeds.

They both last until the end of the billing cycle.

Many thanks,

Lee

Re: hs eobc vs normal

So what does HS EOBC actually stand for EE? and why have you made it so unclear?

Hi @UnwantedUsernam

Could you send over a screenshot of your phone with this add-on on the screen please?

Thanks

Chris 🙂

It is true that is really unclear. What are the respective speed for non-HS vs. HS? A bit of clarity would help on this page.

Also looks like uploading picture in a thread is broken.

Hi @thomagr.

Welcome to the community.

The speed you get will depend on the area that you're in, have you bought one of the add-ons?
