how do we add a family member to our account

Hi.

My daughter has an EE mobile phone account and we would like to add her to our EE account so we can gift data to her, how do we add her to our account please.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

You may be able to move your daughters number to your account, but this may not be possible and will depend on the limit your account has for active lines (most consumer accounts have a five line limit, but I have heard of some being lower).

 

If you speak to customer service on 150 from your EE phone and provide them with your daughters number and your number, they'll tell you if you can move the number to your account.

 

Please also bare in mind, that if your daughters number is on an account different than the account you want to move it too, you will need to preform a transfer of ownership which will involve a credit check. Smiley Happy

If you have multiple EE lines they must be on the same account to gift data. If they currently are not call on 150 to customer service where they can help you on that.

Thank you for your reply, we currently have four lines plus fibre home broadband on our account, we would like to add our daughter to our account, she has a separate EE account, would calling customer service be able to help us.
