free apple music not validating

after phoning ee technical department lots of times this week 

they finally told me its a apple issue 

so I phoned apple and they said it was ee issue so now starting to getting bored with getting past from pillow to post 

whats happening is when ee send me the apple music carrier I click on the link to validate through ee it keeps sending me to that page again 

now got a text of 150 last night saying case is now closed lol

all a want is my apple music which was in my contract

There is no account access on these forums.


What did EE technical depart say was the issue? Normally it's a problem with numbers ported over, which aren't registered on EE system, thus cannot be validated by Apple.


What device do you have? If your correct mobile number showing in your phone/network.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi it’s a iPhone XS
EE done all the checks as in updates on phone and apple app
They then ended the 6 month free Apple Music then restarted it with a new carrier sent
I’ve had to do this 3 times this week as they keep saying that it takes 24 hrs to work
Then they said that they cannot do no more as it’s not at there end it must be apples end so I contacted apple they done there checks and said it wasn’t there’s so back to EE again
