cancellation of apple

I have already cancelled my apple which I have never used  why am I still being charged for this

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@ireneross2003   How did you take out the subscription was it through EE or through Apple with your payment method to your phone bill ?
