about 120 minutes roaming bundles

Hi

good morning,

i did request to add 120 minutes rooming bundle on this account on 28th September Saturday.

your colleague confirm me that 120 minutes added on this account.

unfortunately I can’t use the phone to make a call or received a call.  

Could you please sort it out as soon as possible as I’m in Bangladesh.

for my business and social reasons I need to use this phone badly from abroad.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

Being unable to make a call or text indicates your roaming is not active. Please log in to your My EE and follow these steps:

 

Menu > Manage Device > Ensure both Roaming and Calling Abroad are active
