Its saying i dont have membership with ee ive activated the addon and my subscription ended and it says i dont have the membership dont know what to do checked my number its right

I havent hd a text to verify or nothing i texted music to 150 and then replied yea and it says there was a problem but it says i have apple music cuz it ends in january

Does your correct phone number display in your phone's settings?
If this still doesn’t work, we would recommend giving customer services a call, they will check to see that this is set-up correctly.
