When trying to connect to EE WIFIauto in the London Underground I’m asked for username and password.
It used to connect automatically.
Anyone that can help?
Ive also tried to text 9527 but I get this reply: “There's been a technical glitch setting up your EE WiFi service. Sorry about this, but could you try again a bit later? Thanks.”

Morning @bsterngillet
Thanks for coming back to us.
What phone are you using?
Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?
Hope to hear back from you soon 🙂

Thanks @bsterngillet
In this case, I would suggest speaking to our corporate business team again, so they can investigate this further for you.
Let us know how you get on.

Sorry, but I’ve got no faith in doing this as they’ve failed to resolve it on 3-4 precious occasions.

I am sorry you would need to speak to the business team to get this resolved.
The community has no account access and you will need this investigated further.
Thanks, Leanne.

Have you tried following the below steps?
Once underground, turn on your WiFi
Select EE WiFi-Auto from the list of networks
Set the ‘access method’ to EAP
Set your ‘EAP method’ to SIM
Speak soon 🙂
