Unlimited data allowance "exhausted"?

Bought an add-on earlier for unlimited everything (data, mins & sms) for 3 days for £6, but when I check my allowance & usage, it shows as "exhausted". I've been on WiFi at home all day, there shouldn't be ANY data usage. Can anyone help, before I open a ticket?
