I don't seem to be able to verify my free Apple Music subscription. I follow the link in the text received from EE but each time the Apple Music app says unable to verify. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the same thing keeps happening. Any help priovided would be great.

No I've been with EE many years now.
Upgraded around the 4th January, registered for the Apple Music on the 28th January and have been trying to get it working on and off since then.
I went in to an EE store and they gave me a new sim to see if that made any difference. That was a little over a week ago.
