For some reason by would not accept my memorable word when trying to activate my bt id. They were not much help at all

i have the same issue. Synopsis of several frustrating hours is that BT say to contact EE, EE say it’s a problem with the BT platform. I was told there was a ticket open about this bug but it’s internal so there’s no way to track it as a customer so to just keep trying and at some point in future it will work. Missed one day of champions league quarters already because of this...
