Text 'STOP SPORT' to 150. Received no response.

I want to cancel my BT Sport before the free period is up so text the above in accordance with what the EE website says. I expected an automated response but have received nothing.

Hello @speight2311 sorry to hear you have not heard back about requesting the cancellation of your BT Sport offer yet. Once this has been requested it can take up to 24hrs to process and you should receive a text confirmation when it has completed.

If you still have not received any confirmation by then please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can check/confirm this for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also login to MYEE online and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
