In the terms and conditions page for Roam Further it says that it is A"to new and existing Consumer and Small Business Customers on a Pay Monthly Plan or selected 12 month SIM only phone plans."
What are the selected 12 month SIM plans? As this is mentioned nowhere when purchasing a 12 month SIM only plan.

”Roam further” is a 30-day rolling add-on which can be added to a Pay monthly/SIM Only contract for an additional £10 month.

Yes I know this. But in the terms and conditions for this it states "selected 12 month SIM" plans.
Doesn't state which plans.

Welcome back to the community 🙂
The Roam Further Pass is a 30-day rolling add-on so once added it will stay on your account, with the cost added to your monthly mobile bill, until you remove it.
You can add the Roam Further Pass to your account for one month, remove it the following month and then re-add the month after.

I've got a 12 month small business SIM only plan and would like to add a "Roam further pass" but it doesn't seem to be available.

Hi Alex, thanks for the quick reply.
I haven't tried texting ROAM FURTHER yet as I don't need it until the end of September.
I did however go into the app on my phone (and my account on the website) to see if it was available as an Add-on but it's not listed.
Should I be able add it through the website, or is it a text only thing?

It wont show on your My EE account unless you had the options on a pay monthly plan to add it as a Swappable benefit.
The text service will add it to your account for you. Once you are back in the UK, if you text STOP ROAM FURTHER to 150 it will remove the bundle from your account.

Help! I've texted "ROAM FURTHER" to 150 as instructed, but all I get back is an automated text from 150 saying "150 is a free service in the UK and EU..." and details of different commands I can use.

I've just tried again and get the same response.
