Return add to plan Galaxy Watch Active

Stuntchicken
Explorer

Hi there,

I purchased a Galaxy Watch Active through "add to plan" but having unpacked it, charged it up and started to use it I've quickly realised it is physically too small for me to read or properly operate. Am I able to return it? If so  how? Does opening the box affect this? I was unable to find a relevant return policy

Where did you buy it? If online or by phone you have a 14 day cooling-off period from delivery to return it. If you bought it in an EE retail store, you don't.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
