Hi there,
I purchased a Galaxy Watch Active through "add to plan" but having unpacked it, charged it up and started to use it I've quickly realised it is physically too small for me to read or properly operate. Am I able to return it? If so how? Does opening the box affect this? I was unable to find a relevant return policy
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Where did you buy it? If online or by phone you have a 14 day cooling-off period from delivery to return it. If you bought it in an EE retail store, you don't.

@Stuntchicken I would contact EE channel returns on 0800 079 0103 just incase the online form doesn't work they will be able to send you a silver returns bag for you to return your device.
