like everyone here, I’ve got the same problem. I’ve got BT sports on my phone, bought a chromecast to stream for the 3 months, and all I get is the same message as everyone else about not enabling casting and to text sport to 150. Done all that and if you go into my EE account it’s there! Not exactly making me want to pay once my
3 months is up - if it’s on by then as reading people have been having problems for weeks! Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks.

Fingers crossed it’s sorted by simply just turning my phone off and back on!! It’s now working!

i can now cast but this is only after EE chat removed it from my account I then waited 12 hours and text again. No mention of it being free for 3 months and it doesn’t appear on my add on list but it works!

I am glad it’s working but I won’t be glad if I don’t get my 3 months free and if I need to cancel I have to call up because it doesn’t show as a removable add on! But let’s see...

I have the same problem and I talked to a technician yesterday still waiting for it to be solved not a very good recommendation of EE service

Just been on to EE about the issue on Chat and they said they hadn’t received any known issues
