Purchased add on data today with a top up. Now the data won’t work.

I purchased a sim. 
i added a top up and then an add on of data. It took the credit and confirmed I have the data. But I cannot use the data at all. 
please help

I am in Belgium. 
i topped up my data pack and used an add of euro data. It says to use it, I just have to brows. I have tried and nothing is working. There is full signal and I have roaming on. 

need help.

It will not deliver when I text 150 at all

Yes multiple times. Changed to airplane mode and everything.

Are you roaming in Belgium as you mentioned in your other post?

 

If so, is data roaming activated on your phone?

If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150?

Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

PAYG is auto enabled for roaming. You don't need to & can't do any of the above.

Hi @Trudiped,

 

Did you activate your new SIM in the UK before you travelled?

 

All new EE SIM cards must be used on the EE network in the UK before they can be used abroad.
