I have an iPad on T-Mobile PAYG Text Plan, which I have previously used PAYG Boosters for internet data.
My previous “MONTHWEB” “£12 Internet Booster” expired on 05/10/2019.
Today I purchased a Data Add-On by texting “500MB WEEK” to 441 but although the £3 has been deducted from my credit, the info page at
“add on.ee.co.uk/status” remains unchanged “0MB left of 500MB Lasts for 24 days 2 hours”.
An SMS from 150, shows my credit (reduced by £3). unlimited UK monthly texts (from a £10 top up last month) and 500 UK Internet MB. (from my 500MB WEEK just purchased)
The problem I have is that although the iPad connects to the internet, it is extremely slow at 0.5Mbps, much slower than normal 3G speeds around 6-10Mbps previously.
Any help appreciated?

@j0hnh Try just clearing any apps from the background and then restart the device.
no luck I'm afraid.
the slow speed seems like FUP kicked in on previous MONTHWEB internet booster, and new 500MB WEEK add-on hasn't kicked in even though I received a confirmation SMS.
nb! Do TM add-ons show up on the EE status page "add-on.ee.co.uk/status"?
