Anyone know ?
Apart from having prime video which is not working for over a month (since I upgrade) now I've noticed my 6months expires 22nd Sept 2019, where are 6months then ?
Done upgrade over phone when also added prime, please any advice ?

I've recently upgraded my phone. I've done it all over a phone and guy who help me with upgrade add prime video add ones, but I cant make it work on my mobile nor add any devices to list of use.

Did you have prime 6 months free on the previous plan before you upgraded?

No I didn't. When I took a new phone guy said he will set it up (primevideo) for me as well. It was working for a week or so, then I went on holiday and when come back neither tv or phone was conected to prime video anymore I cant make it work in anyway.
I have my standard amazon acc and that's only one I have access to or credentials to put on log in page

Just check and yes I did text got a pin but it wasnt working, then I've texted today again and date of usage change from 22jan2020 to 22sep2019 for no reason!

I don't have amazon prime, just standard account amazon which is for free.
Also dont see any errors, once I press on any movie to watch it, ot transfer me to buy amazon prime etc.

I would recommend giving our customer service team a call to check your account. I have not heard of a subscription changing dates on a My EE account before.
If you were able to access the subscription before you went on holiday, it has been set up correctly.
Come back and let us know how you get on once you have spoken to them
