Hello, I have prime as a swappable benefit but it keeps being cancelled and I then have to contact EE technical support to sort it out.
Is it just me having these issues ? I've only recently started an upgrade plan that includes a swappable benefit and it's been more trouble than it's worth.

Yes, twice in 3 days too.
Reinstalled the app which then just asks for payment to start a new subscription.
Also texted Prime to 150 which also replies saying it'll be 5.99 per month.
It still shows as an active swappable but I can't use it. The only cure seems to be to contact technical support which takes about half an hour if you can get through..

I have managed to get mine working again by going back to the intial start up link andgetting a new code sent through. But if it happens again I'll be in touch.
