Please help!!??

Hi guys

I have just got my new phone and contract about a week ago. However,  I was made aware about the free add-ons I could get free for few months.  I got the Apple music-not a problem..then I tried the free Bt SPORT add-on but no matter what I try, even the links people have posted on here, texting SPORT to 150 and through the My EE app,, but it still doesn't work, just keeps saying to try again later and still not happening, starting to really bug me now! So please if any of you guys know how I can do it can you please please  help me?!

Thought I'd ask on here before I try and call the helpline.

Here's hoping????

After texting SPORT to 150 did you receive & follow this link to BT Sport set up to set up your BT ID?

Re: Please help!!??

Yep, I put my mob number and then my postcode in and it says - You have not yet signed up for BT SPORT with EE and tells me to text SPORT to 150 ( which doesn't work either) !

Also it gives me an error code which is..

NCE- 005 ??
