PlayStation Bundle issue

Have tried on 3 occasions to add the PS4 bundle as an add on. Each time I get to proceed in the check out an page appears saying that it cannot find that page. I have checked my bank and the £10 up front to pay hasn’t been taken. Is there an issue with add ons at present?

Hi. Just to let you know this has now been resolved. For whatever reason, anything I tried on my iPhone, either through google or safari didn’t work. But today I went through their desktop site on my laptop and this has worked. Thank you

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies, or using a different browser?

Have attempted this through google and safari but the same message keeps coming up.

 

How would I go about clearing my cache/cookies?

For Safari, you can go to Settings, Safari, then press Clear History And Website Data.

Since it still hasn't worked, my next suggestion would be to contact our Customer Care team so they can manually add this for you.
