So I am a brand new EE customer and tried to activate the 3 month free BT Sport add-on, however when I text sport to 150 this happens:
Even trying to create a BT account I cannot do so as I receive an error code NCE-005, but that error only occurs once a BT account has been created but I cannot create an account.

@Camzyi You need to do as the message says and call customer services.

How new are you and did you port over your number? You tend to see this error if EE system doesn't recognise your mobile number. You normally need EE to refresh your line.
That message code (NCE-005) means:
This error code will only happen to EE customers who are signing up to the BT Sport App:
You get this error if your BT Sport order hasn't completed yet. This means it's not ready for you to start the set up journey.
- Sometimes, during busy times, there can be a delay and we'd ask you to please try again a bit later
- The set up page might time out but you can go directly to www.bt.com/eesport >
- If you haven't yet ordered BT Sport from EE please text Sport to 150
