No BT ID link on BT Sport text

Hi there,

 

I have the BT Sport add-on as part of my new plan. I sent a text with SPORT in it to 150 and got the following reply:

 

”BT Sport on your EE phone or connected device is inclusive in your Max Plan. Add access to the big screen for an additional £10 per month, cancel at any time. Just reply YES to confirm you have the bill payer's permission. For more info and terms visit ee.co.uk/btsport”

 

That’s great but there’s no link to create a BT id so how do I set one up to log in to the BT Sport app?

If this is included within your price plan, I would recommend giving us a call.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi there,

 

No because if I reply YES then then I’ll get charged an extra £10 a month to cast the app to my TV, not gonna do that until I get access to the app.

I have yes but that account is no longer active so I need to create a new one. Any idea how I can do that?

Hi @TheOilBaron.

 

If you've previously benefited from our free 6/3 months BT Sports, you wont be eligible and will be required to pay for this service.

 

Are you on a MAX Plan?
