My phone says “contacting EE & validating your account” for ever? Help please

My phone is “contacting EE to validate your account” . (Free Apple Music )

It doesn’t connect at all , I have a full WiFi signal , but it just keeps whirring round trying to connect?

Restart your phone and try  Also is mobile data turned on for Apple Music?

@martinjackson24   Turn if WiFi and do it over a cellular data connection.

Hi again ,

I switched off my internet and went to 4G , full signal , tried to connect but...,  no , just keeps whirring round “trying to connect to EEto verify your account “ 🥺

Yes !! 

Thankyou so much , re-starting the iPhone was the solution 😊

Again, thanks , this EE community is great. New phone all up & running now .

Restarting my phone is what worked for me aswell when i had same problem . Glad it is sorted 🙂
