My phone is “contacting EE to validate your account” . (Free Apple Music )
It doesn’t connect at all , I have a full WiFi signal , but it just keeps whirring round trying to connect?

@martinjackson24 Turn if WiFi and do it over a cellular data connection.

Hi again ,
I switched off my internet and went to 4G , full signal , tried to connect but..., no , just keeps whirring round “trying to connect to EEto verify your account “ 🥺

Restarting my phone is what worked for me aswell when i had same problem . Glad it is sorted 🙂
