I set it up a while ago, ive been using it fine. One day it just stopped!

Are you receiving error messages?

 

What is exactly happening when you are trying to use your BT Sports App?

Hi

I’ve had it on my account for roughly 16 months.

Error message states: sorry we couldn’t log you in as there appears to be a problem with your account. Please try again. If the problem persists please check FAQ (ID006)

Please see our helpful page on how to fix a BT error code.

 

I can see error code ID006 indicates your account may be suspended or closed. 

 

Please give our mobile care team a call who can take a further look at this,
