Loyalty discount carried over

My Loyalty add ons seem to have carried over when I upgraded my plan, making my monthly bill £5 rather than the £20 it was being advertised as.

 

Just worried that I’ll be asked to pay back all the previous difference at once if EE says it was unintended

Where did you complete the upgrade? Was it over the phone, in an EE store, or online?

 

Was your monthly price after loyalties confirmed when you completed your upgrade?

I did the upgrade online, I'm not sure if it was confirmed after loyalties or before loyalties, how do I tell?

The price quoted when you checked out online should be the final price including any discounts.
