Hi all - I've been with EE a year and have been using the tube wifi perfectly fine. Suddenly, from 2 weeks ago I get the 'unable to connect' message whenever I try to connect - this has been happening consistently at every single tube station for several weeks so I don't think it's a one off outage.
Have tried turning on and off phone, updating software but no luck. My phone still connects to all other wifi networks just fine. I've searched the web but no one else seems to be having a similar problem recently.
Any suggestions for things I might be able to try? Could it be a setting in my phone? (iPhone 6)

That sounds very unusual,
I would recommend popping over to our London Underground help page.

I checked the pages you suggest and they say:
On Apple devices – with the right software (iOS 7 and above) you’ll be able to automatically connect to EE WiFi-Auto and use the internet just by switching on your WiFi.
But this is unfortunately not working 😞
(And I updated my software just the other day)
I am a pay as you go consumer customer. Would appreciate any other advice you have.

I've just texted that and received the response 'we've reset your service'
Sounds promising. Let me test it out on my trip home tonight.
And if no joy, I will get in touch with customer service tomorrow...

I am experiencing exactly the same issue. My wifi stopped working at tube stations couple of weeks ago (iPhone 6s) and I am still trying to find a solution...

It didn't get me onto the EE Wifi again but I do now have access to the Virgin Wifi network in the tube so it sort of fixed my problem (although the Virgin network seems to be slower to autoconnect) 🙂
