I am abroad and have received a text saying i have removed my 120 mins add on .... but i have not removed anything??

@Dkeech   As this is a public forum we can not help you with this matter . If your a contract customer you can use live chat,  just login to your online account and wait for it to pop up.  If your in the EU though you can call customer service and you’ll not be charged,  you can even do this if your a PAYG customer.
