I text about 6 times last night about 10pm and 3 times this morning about 30 mins ago and Yeha I’m a pay monthly customer!

Yeah, I’ve had it before. I’ve got bt sport now but it says to add the castable version I need to text sport to 150 to add it to my account

@JoshBrookesy You now need to give it time to reply. No point in sending the text over and over as it will be trying to reply back to each text.

If you don't get a response within 24 hours I'd recommend contacting our Tech Care team @JoshBrookesy.
