I’ve accidentally cancelled my 6 months of Apple Music

Part of my add ons includes a free 6 month trial with Apple Music. I believe that I’ve both activated and also managed to cancel it unknowingly, is it possible for this to be reinstated so I can experience this add on properly?

You will need to contact 150 in the morning as there is no account access here on the Community.

What happens when you try the process again, texting MUSIC to 150?

 

Does the add-on no longer show in your My EE account?

I receive the message below:

It looks like you've already used your free Apple Music membership (it ended on 24 Dec 2018). You can still get Apple Music membership on your EE phone for £9.99 a month. To add this to your account, reply YES to this message (please make sure you've got the bill payer's permission). You can cancel at any time. For more info and T&Cs visit ee.co.uk/applemusic
