I replied to 2058 unlimited offer and haven't recieved anything? Why?

I replied to the 2058 offer telling me to have £5 balance and to reply yes before midnight. Which is exactly what I did . Unfortunately I haven't recieved a reply that it's gone through. Or worse yet I haven't got any reply at all . My 5 pound is still in my balance and I haven't recieved the unlimited data minutes and texts.

ive had the same issue today ive rang up ee and they've emailed the manager of offers , he/she was in a meeting. so sat waiting for a call back. im rather annoyed because i topped up especially for this offer. it's still saying not enough credit to activate offer but ive got 20 pound credit
