I haven't received my BT Sport link.. it is active on my ee account

I signed up to BT Sport on Saturday, i received a message saying i will receive my link within 24 Hours.. i still haven't received anything.. ive downloaded the App but don't have any log in details. Please can this be fixed. Many thanks.

I've already texted Sport TWICE to 150 too before that is suggested too.. cheers

I’m having the same problem, all they sent me was welcome to 3 months BT sport and nothing else, I have texted SPORT also and it hasn’t done anything.
