I have not received a text to validate by app which I'm paying for

I spoke too ee to get by SPORT app added as already had free trial and cancelled. Not received text to validate this thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I was expecting a text from ee to validate bt sport app. No text still can't use bt app which I'm paying for. Call ee they say send me a text again. Is this a fault with ee or bt
