I can't get apple music to recognise my old number which I transferred
When I open apple music it checks if I have a free six months with ee and once finished checking it says I don't and shows the original phone number that came with my phone. I have however transferred my old number to the phone. How do I get apple music to recognise the transferred number?

Hello @Deejayno9 if you have an iPhone you can change this yourself by navigating to settings>phone. If you have another device or are unable to change it see if you have any really really old style phones lying about that usually let you change it yourself (they can be really handy for this)!
If you are still cannot change it manually then please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other and request a SIM refresh which will correct the number stored/displayed. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also log in to MYEE online and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
