4 times this morning I have tried to add accessories to my plan and after adding my card details for the ‘pay today’ cost, I get an error message that there was a problem. Can’t find an appropriate number to call anywhere (150 is useless), and no help online. Best network you may be, but your website is atrocious!

@Seggsy How long have you had your current contract ? If you’re in the last 12 months of your current contract you cannot have at to plan.

@Chris_B Hi Chris. I can see the logic in that. Two contracts, both 18+ months left to run. Adding accessories managed to work on my mobile in the end. Wasn’t working on tablet or laptop- which tend to be the more reliable!
Shall hope that delivery isn’t as troublesome as the order process!
