Hi I’m in Mexico and my data passport add on I’ve requested isn’t working?

Hi I’m in Mexico visiting from the uk and my data passport add on I’ve requested isn’t working?

unless I’m on WiFi I don’t get data.

its really frustrating as I need to navigate somewhere Unfamiliar

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Was roaming and calling abroad active in your My EE account?

 

Could you try manually connecting to a different network please?

 

Device type Actions
iPhone Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic
Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
