Getting Amazon Video to work after 6 month free is up

Hi, my 6 months free Amazon Video has just finished and I've decided to continue by paying a monthly fee.  However, I cannot get it to work on Tab or mobile phones as when I log in it says start 30 day free trial.  How do I fix this as no point in paying for something I cannot watch other than on my home TV.

Re: Getting Amazon Video to work after 6 month free is up

Hi there @maddiem

Thanks for coming here.

Is Amazon Prime Video showing as a chargeable add-on within your My EE app?

Have you tried using your mobile number when you log in?

Thanks for that, however, I do login but still doesn't work asking me to join 30 days Free.

Re: Getting Amazon Video to work after 6 month free is up

It sounds as if it was removed when the 6 month trial finished. The 30 day free option is from Amazon.

If you log in to my ee or call customer services, they will be able to reapply it to your account

Thanks Leanne, did it again as you suggest and it worked using my mobile number not email!
