Free 5gb data

Hi, I'm currently have a pay monthly mobile and broadband with EE but haven't received my free extra 5gb data. I've been with EE broadband for a couple of months now.

 

i also have a recurring 1gb data which I can't remove. Any suggestions?

Hello @Helterskelter did you start a new BB plan a couple of months ago? The offer is only available to new or upgrading BB customers:

 

http://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/price-plans-and-costs/ee-data-boost

 

If you are then customer service on 150 from an EE mobile or landline or 0800 956 6000 from any other can look in to this for you.

 

To remove a monthly recurring add on again please call customer service who can access the account to remove it. If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat:
