My first question - what is a fixed add-on please?
Second question - I've just submitted my upgrade order and I have a number of "fixed add-ons". Will they be carried over to my new contract?

Thanks for coming here.
Fixed add-ons are products and services that are for the length of your contract.
You can view your fixed add-ons within your My EE app > Plans and add-ons then add-ons.
This will show removable add-ons and ones that are fixed.
What fixed add-ons do you have showing, that you would like to keep?

I currently have damage cover and 20% corporate NHS discount in my fixed add-on.
Is it possible to maintain the NHS discount? I still work for them and can easily take proof of employment into store when I collect my phone.

I only ordered my upgrade this morning and it hasn't updated on my account yet by the looks of things.
