My Deezer subscription has ended as expected but no email from EE or Deezer regarding the 99p for three months and can’t get that via the app - just one month free.
Had an email on 14th Feb to say there would be details sent on how to do this but clearly would have expected this before the end of February!
What do we do?

Sorry a bit confused why you’ve just asked me this as I just posted clearly that I haven’t received it.
EE say contact Deezer and Deezer day contact EE. That classic customer service great experience...

In addition to the text message from us, Deezer will also contact you to let you know that your Premium + account on EE is coming to an end. They'll offer you the first three months for 99p a month.
Have you contacted Deezer?
I'd recommend doing so to chase up your offer.
