Charged for Apple Music

Signed up on the 17th and cancelled on the 18th due to the Android app being awful.

 

Received texts conforming cancellation but the add on still shows on the EE mobile app. 

 

Checked my bill tonight and I've been charged 2.68 and 8.32 + Vat for Apple Music.  I've never previously had an Apple Music account and the add on still shows as free on the app so I'm unsure why I've been billed £13.20 total for using the offer for one day then cancelling.

There is no specific account access on these forums so you will need to call CS on 150 for more specific information on your account and billing, tomorrow.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
