Cancel add on

I can’t seem to cancel my 1g data add on. There doesn’t seem to be an option on the app? Anyone help?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you got a recurring data add on you will need speak to customer services on 150 and they will be able to remove it from your account.

If you can text STOP 1GB ADD-ON to 150, this will remove the data add-on for you as @XRaySpeX has advised 🙂

I text stop to 150 but haven’t had any confirmation that the add on has been cancelled. And it still shows on my EE app under add ons?

How long ago have you text 150 to remove the add-on?

 

This will still show in your My EE until your next bill date.
